Fresh bread and ice daily available!!
- Reception is open from 07h30 – 16h00
- Check-in is from 14h00 and check-out at 08h00
- On arrival, it is compulsory to fill in the immigration register with your passport numbers and pay the
17% IVA at the office, if it is not already paid - PLEASE NOTE: you need a 4x4 vehicle for the last 2km to reach Golden Shores, as well to drive in the resort and to get to the store at Guinjata
- Please deflate your tyres on arrival to 1 Bar
- There is a speed limit of 20 km/p/h in the resort
- We have our own bakery in the resort, baking daily fresh bread for our guests
- There is also a waterhole where you can get ice cold refreshing R & R slush puppies
- Resort rules are available at the office and in each house
- Housekeeper: Every house has its own permanent housekeeper, from 07h30 – 16h00. Please give
them a tip of not more than 1000 mets (R300) on departure - Cleaning materials: we do not supply cleaning materials as Sunlight Liquid, Handy Andy, black bags, washing powder, toilet paper
- Every house has its own washing machine and iron
- The stove and oven are gas. We supply gas when it is empty
- All linen and towels are provided. Just bring beach towels, as well as beach chairs and a gazebo or
umbrella for the beach - Drinking water: The water is perfectly safe, it is borehole water
- Full DSTV available
- Please report any breakages to your housekeeper
- A breakage deposit is required
- Guards patrol the entire resort between 18:00 and 6:00 every night
- Bags of ice are available at the bar @ R20 and fresh Portuguese buns from the bakery in season @ R3 per roll as well as loaf bread @ R20 each
- In season fresh pizzas are daily available on order from our bakery
- We have an 18-hole putt-putt course in the resort, clubs and balls available at the office
- There is a shop with SA products at Guinjata, 6km from us, from groceries to cool drink, alcohol and
frozen meat. There is also a Chinese supermarket in Inhambane with cool drinks, dry groceries and
sometimes cheese and yoghurts
